Puppy stork has arrived on 03/12/2010-He brought 6 bouncy gorgeous Fox Red English Labrador Puppies.

Issy’s pups will be ready to start leaving us for their new forever homes on the week of April 29th if you are coming to pick up your new pup. They can start flying to their new homes on May 4th. We do not fly puppies on Saturday or Sundays.

The reason I”m posting these 2 pictures is because since all of Issy’s pups are males I wanted to show you what these little redheaded boys could possible grow to look like. This is Sirius, he is at home at Martha’s Vineyards. He was born normal but developed what they call Swimmers puppy syndrome.  We realized it when he was about 6 days old and our vet recommended us putting him down,  with my medical back ground as a Paramedic I knew this was not an option and I knew I  had the strength, love and devotion to do what it took to give this little guy a second chance and that he would be able to walk someday. I have his story on my site if you want to read more about it and watch what rehab did for this little guy http://redpointinglabradors.com/training-advice/our-swimmers-puppy-story. By the time he was 8 weeks old he passed his vet check with flying colors and  no defects were found. He was walking and running like all other 8 week old puppies. He is my success story, lots of sleepless nights,  tears, hugs & puppy licks later and just look at him now. Sirius was very light red , look how his red matured as he grew.
