Hi there,Hope everything is going well with you new litter (or maybe 2 litters by
now). Here’s a picture of Hunter, Ryder and I from last night (I’m
hiding my wounds). We were getting the boat ready to hit the lake again
this weekend. We haven’t been since we stopped by your place on the way
home from Table Rock. Ryder continues to grow and is going very well.
We’ll see how she takes to the water at the lake. And no, I don’t plan on skiing or tubing this weekend. I’ll be driving
the boat and holding down the cooler.Have a great weekend,Jeremy___________________________________________________

KAI OUT OF GRACIE AND TRACKER
Hi, Things are going well. He’s only been waking up once per night and didn’t wake up (or at least didn’t make noise) until I got up to let him out this morning. We are usually up pretty late and up early, but he’s been in his crate a few nights at the end of our bed and has been doing really well. In fact, he’s in it right now taking a nap with the door open so he’s been going in it on his own. He’s got lots of energy and is very fun and playful. We’ll have to send you some more pictures soon. He’s going to the vet Saturday for his 9 week vaccinations. He had his first bath last night and we clipped his nails for the first time a couple days ago. He was little nervous with both things, but he did fine. We’ve been trying to take him on short car rides every day so that he gets used to the car because he’s a little nervous when we take him in the car. He was fine the first night we got him and slept, but now he get cries a little and we don’t want him to just associate the car with the vet so we want to take him other places. We figure we’ll keep taking him on rides until he gets used to it. I’m sure he’ll end up loving them when we start taking him to the park and stuff and he starts associating fun things with the car. We are having so much fun with him and he’s is a great & beautiful lab! He hasn’t been having many accidents and is doing well with going to the bathroom outside. He hasn’t chewed anything he’s not supposed to yet…we’ve got several toys he loves and we keep those close for chewing. I’m sure he’ll get into chewing some things he’s not supposed to, but it’s all part of being apuppy:-) I hope all is well there and with all the other puppies/dogs. Talk to you soon…Thanks, Katy_______________________________________________________Dear Michaela, I can’t begin to tell you how happy we are with Kansas. She acts as though she has never lived anywhere else than with us! She is such a happy-go-lucky soul, always looking for mischief. Even though she is younger by three weeks than the other pup we are raising, she is by far the leader! Where she goes, Jetta follows. And athletic! She runs like the wind and can jump like a deer! Since we plan to get her Hunt Titles, this is a good thing. She loves being with us more than the other dogs and is afraid of nothing and no one. I already can’t imagine life without our little red girl. Thanks so much for her.Katherine-Taylor Green. Ohio
__________________________________________ Hi, just a quick note that Neuman is really doing great! He got his shots last Tuesday and weights 18+lbs. He is a pure joy and keeps everyone on their toes. He took his first swim last weekend at a lake north of Rawlins, a little tentative, but he came in on his own several times and swam around. He loves sprinklers and has fun with everything he finds. I forgot the camera last weekend but will send pictures soon. He is also getting darker by the day it seems. Thanks for Neuman and we’ll keep you informed.

Hi,Kai is doing great. We were just outside playing fetch. He’s chewing on one of his toys right now. We enjoyed the pictures of his siblings. We couldn’t imagine our lives without Kai. He’s fun & playful, but sweet at the same time. He’s pretty much got ’sit’, ‘lay down’, and ’stay’ down pat. We can put a treat a few inches from his nose when he’s laying down and say ’stay’ and he won’t get it until we give the okay. At first he would always try to jump up on me and the food bag when I was getting his food out, but now I can tell him to sit and stay a few feet away and he’ll stay there until I tell him he can come. He’s doing very well & is a happy puppy!!~Katy

Ryder’s doing great. I was getting frustrated, but she’s doing A LOT better retrieving now. I’ve got a pheasant wing on a fishing pole and I’ve been working her on that too. We went to the lake again this past weekend. Addison and Ryder rode on the tube together and I pulled them around the lake for a while. It was pretty funny. I’ll try to get you some updated pictures.
Take care, Jeremy______________________________________________________________________________
