PET MEMORIAL PHOTOS

When a treasured pet dies, you may find yourself going through a kind of mental gymnastics – most of which is just a feeble attempt at distracting you from what you’re desperately trying to avoid: the heavy and unbearable sadness of letting go of something so sweet, so precious, and so connected to you.

Most thoughts can be noticed, accepted, or released – yet when you are in the thick of your grief, sometimes it’s hard to remember to do any of those things.

Some people will find you ridiculous. You will cancel engagements and get rolled eyes.  Your family might whisper about you.

“It was just a dog?”

Don’t waste your energy being mad. Whether it’s the joy of a pet, or having your own business, or getting fired, or losing a parent – if someone hasn’t experienced it, then they just don’t understand.  They will someday.  In the meantime, be willing to be judged.  You’ve got more important places to put your attention.

Intense grief over the loss of a pet is normal and natural. Don’t let anyone tell you that it’s silly, crazy, or overly sentimental to grieve!

During the years you spent with your pet (even if they were few), it became a significant and constant part of your life. It was a source of comfort and companionship, of unconditional love and acceptance, of fun and joy. So don’t be surprised if you feel devastated by the loss of such a relationship.

People who don’t understand the pet/owner bond may not understand your pain. All that matters, however, is how you feel. Don’t let others dictate your feelings: They are valid, and may be extremely painful. But remember, you are not alone: Thousands of pet owners have gone through the same feelings.

Sometimes when a Loved one loses a pet you never can never find the right words to say. I always want to do something special just to let them know the memory of their 4 legged family member will never be forgotten. If you feel like you need help in this situation and would like to send a memorial picture in the pets behalf please email a picture of the pet that has crossed over to Rainbows Bridge. I can usually have it done within 24 hrs after I receive the picture excluding the weekend. Example if you send it on Friday I can still have it out by Monday.

If you are at loss for words or ideas I will design the photo for you send you a preview and together we will change it anyway you want it. I started some samples for  you to view . The price of these photos are $10.00 and I will send a request to pay per Paypal after the photo has been approved by you.
